by ZURI Magazine

Sometimes we don’t want go all the way to the pharmacist to wait about 40mins just to be given a prescription of more drugs but sadly we live in a day a time where we rely more on the doctor’s recommendation than what our body is telling us. However this doesn’t have to be the case, wouldn’t it be so much simpler if we could go into our cupboards or fridges and whip up the perfect holistic remedy for that chesty cough?
